Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

How much does delivery cost?

1 to 2 day (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £2.95.

Special Delivery via Royal Mail is £6.50.

Free for orders over £30.

When will my macarons arrive?

We ship standard orders UK wide using Royal Mail Standard Shipping Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) and Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).

Whilst 94% of Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipments are delivered within 24 hours, it is a 1 – 2 business day service - there are occasions where it takes 2 days. We cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive next day. We would therefore suggest choosing the day before requirement for delivery or ‘Next Day (Special Delivery)’ for time/date critical orders.

No complaints can be made until 7 days have passed without delivery.

Larger Corporate or Special Orders can be sent with DPD.

DPD orders are shipped out the day before your specified date. If an item is ordered before 12pm, then it will be dispatched on the same day if next day delivery is requested. If you're unsure whether you've placed your order ahead of our cut-off, do contact us and one of our team of Mademoiselles will be happy to help. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages if a safe place is arranged with DPD.

You will be provided with your DPD tracking details when we dispatch.This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey, with a delivery time slot provided.

For orders to remote postcodes (Highlands & Islands) or Northern Ireland, DPD may only offer a 2 day service. If this is the case, our team will be in touch to update you.

Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday and delivery may take up to 8 pm to be delivered.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched 1 working day prior to delivery date, cut off for same day dispatch is at 12pm.

Whilst we will do what we can, we cannot guarantee any changes to orders can be made on day of dispatch, even less so after 12pm.

Please make sure shipping details and date is correct (we cannot be held responsible or offer replacement in the case that the order is not sent to the right place or at the right time).

Will my macarons arrive fresh?

Our macarons have been through laboratory testing to check for shelf life and although best refrigerated, can stay out of the fridge for up to 14 days.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from our kitchen, you will notification from Royal Mail with tracking details. This will allow you to follow the macarons on their journey, with a delivery time slot provided.

For DPD orders, tracking updates will be provided as the order is dispatched, shipped, and delivered directly from DPD via email and text message (if a mobile number is provided).

The tracking number isn’t working, what can I do and where is my parcel?

Although your tracking number is sent to you immediately after we pack and seal your box, it sometimes takes a few hours for it to get scanned and placed into the system so don’t worry if it doesn’t come up right away.

What about special occasions like Christmas and Easter, do you deliver then?

As we use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries we are subject to their working hours over bank holidays. We will send as close as we can to the special day but this may mean your macarons arrive a couple of days before the specific public holiday. All customers will be sent a tracking number with which you can track your parcel and kept in the loop during seasonal holidays.

What's in the box?

Are you looking for a show stopper at your business event? Our branded logo macaron tower is the perfect choice.

Choose your size of tower (small, medium or large) and then choose from a single, 2 or 3 different macaron colours. If you'd like to brand match do drop us an email and we can suggest some options to match your branding.

Choose whether you'd like half or all of the macarons printed. Upload your logo and we'll contact you with a test print to show how this would look.

Towers are supplied with the tower structure and the following quantities of macarons:

Small - 85 macarons

Medium - 140 macarons

Large - 210 macarons

If you choose "all printed" all macarons will be supplied printed with logos, or, if you choose half printed, half of the macarons will be supplied with logos and the other half unprinted macarons.

Order notes

- Please upload high quality images, roughly 3000 pixels if possible.

- Grey-scale and simpler single / two-tone colour logos work best. If you would like to see a sample print do contact us before placing your order.

- We are unable to print white logos.

- We will print the logo macarons on our Vanilla (ivory) macarons if no colours are chosen. Otherwise choose colours from the drop-down menu.

- Please note that macarons average 4cm in diameter.

We reserve the right to edit the image to ensure a quality print. If you have any queries please do request a test print prior to ordering.

Upload your logo

High definition JPG or PNG files are preferred. Black or greyscale logos print very well. Similarly logos with bold colours, incorporating simple lines or shapes.

Approve a Test Print

If you've provided a logo prior to ordering, or, noted that you'd like to see the printing ahead of dispatch we'll send a JPG photo for approval.
